Owner name, email, phone, home/pickup address, and payment method (via Stripe). About your pup: name, breed, birthday, sex, spay/neuter status, vaccination records, and any behavior notes you share with us.
To run your hikes: schedule pickups, communicate with you, process payments, and keep your pup safe. To improve our operations (aggregate analytics only) and to send you service updates and, occasionally, product news you can unsubscribe from.
Service providers we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database + storage), Resend/Mailgun (transactional email), Google Analytics (aggregate site analytics), and hosting. We do not sell your data.
Vaccination records are stored privately in encrypted object storage, viewable only by our team. Pack photos may appear on our marketing channels, see the Terms and email us to opt out.
We use essential cookies for authentication and Google Analytics (GA4) for aggregate visitor data. No third-party ad tracking.
Email hello@outpackhikes.com anytime to access, correct, export, or delete your data. We honor deletion within 30 days (except records we're legally required to keep, like tax receipts).
Outpack is for adult customers 18+. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
