Outpack ("we," "us") runs off-leash adventure hikes for New York City dogs. By booking a hike, joining The Pack, or creating an account with us, you agree to these terms.
Your pup must be at least 6 months old, spayed or neutered, up to date on rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations, socialized with other dogs, and free of behavioral issues that endanger the pack. We reserve the right to decline or end service for any dog we judge unsafe for the group.
Day passes. $125 per day. Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for a full refund; cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
The Pack (monthly membership). $1,100/month for 10 hikes plus perks. Membership auto-renews monthly and can be canceled anytime from your account before the next billing date. Unused hikes do not roll over. Overage hikes bill at $125 each.
Booking windows. Members book up to 60 days out; non-members up to 30 days out. Hikes require at least 10 hours' notice and only run Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
By providing your address, you authorize an Outpack handler to collect and return your pup on scheduled hike days. If no one is home, you must leave secure pickup/drop-off instructions in writing. You are responsible for making sure your pup is available at the agreed window.
We take photos and video of the pack on every hike. You grant Outpack a non-exclusive license to use these images of your pup for marketing, social media, and business purposes. Tell us in writing if you'd prefer we not.
Adventure hiking carries inherent risk, terrain, wildlife, other dogs, weather, and off-leash movement. In an emergency we will use reasonable judgment to seek veterinary care, and you agree to reimburse reasonable vet costs incurred on behalf of your pup. See our liability waiver for the full terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Failed subscription payments give us up to 7 days to retry before pausing your membership benefits.
We may change these terms with reasonable notice. We may end service for any dog, at any time, for safety reasons, pro-rated refunds are issued for unused, prepaid hikes.
